2. What data we collect
We only collect data through the forms you choose to fill in:
Contact form
Full name, email address, phone number (optional), subject and message content.
Farmakom application form
Pharmacy name, pharmacist full name, pharmacist ID number, mobile phone, email address, selected product and any notes you add.
The pharmacist ID number is required so the software licence can be registered to the correct pharmacy, and is used for that purpose only.
For security and to prevent abuse, the IP address and submission time are also recorded with each form submission.
3. Why we process it
- To assess your request, question or application and respond to you,
- To process your Farmakom licence and register it correctly,
- To communicate with you as part of delivering our services,
- To prevent form abuse (spam) and keep the site secure.
Your data is never used for marketing, and we do not send commercial messages without your consent.
4. Sharing of data
Your personal data is not shared with third parties, not sold and not transferred abroad. It is stored on the server hosting our website and in our corporate email account. It may only be shared with competent public authorities where a legal obligation exists.
5. Retention period
Form records are kept for a reasonable period so that your request can be concluded and to serve as evidence in any dispute. Records are deleted when the purpose no longer applies or upon your request.
6. Your rights
In relation to your personal data you have the right to:
- Learn whether your data is being processed and request information about it,
- Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly,
- Request correction if it has been processed incompletely or incorrectly,
- Request deletion or destruction where the conditions are met,
- Claim compensation if you suffer loss due to unlawful processing.

7. Cookies
Our site uses no cookies other than the technical ones required for it to function. No third-party advertising or profiling cookies are placed.
8. External links
Our site links to our online store, our webmail service, our social media accounts and a map service. Once you click those links the privacy policy of that service applies. The map does not load unless you click it.
